I have bought and sold condos and single-family homes and purchased investment properties and waterfront real estate personally. I've relocated cross-country twice, remodeled and decorated homes remotely and currently manage two vacation rental properties in other cities/states.

With my business education, work experience, passion for real estate and methodical process, I am excited to help others realize their goals.  I am here to guide you through the entire process and be your single resource before, during and after the transaction.  My goal is to build lifelong relationships.

Previously Associate Director of Retail Operations at Verizon Wireless for the Western U.S., retired at the end of 2015 after 28 years in wireless communications. In my career I managed Real Estate projects including the opening of 75 stores in Southern California, and Retail Operations, Merchandising & Design for 13 western states. I have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. In my very first career as a Registered Nurse, I demonstrated many of the key attributes I still possess today: problem solver, concern for others, detail orientation and managing multiple highly complex priorities under pressure.

In my personal life and at work, I pride myself in being a problem solver and visionary, thinking outside the box, exploring creative solutions, seeing challenges as opportunities versus obstacles. I am relentless for a cause.

I dreamed of living on the water since I was a child and I fell in love with Florida during my first visit at age 10.  That dream came true in 2017.  I would enjoy nothing more than to help others realize their dream of a home by the water in Florida. 

My Experience

• I love real estate. I've purchased, rehabbed and decorated my own waterfront single family home along with successful beachfront and bayfront condominium rental properties. I manage the two rental properties which also serve as my vacation homes, and am active in both condo associations. Coupled with my extensive business career and education, it's my pleasure to share my experience to help others reach their real estate goals. I have rental property guests that return every year.
